IVF TREATMENT IN 20'S VS IN 40'S

The boons of science have reached beyond our imagination and it has pushed aside the technological and technical barriers which were earlier stopping the people to achieve the wide range of possibilities of medical and therapeutic treatments. One of the greatest examples of these advancements can be witnessed in the treatments provided for solutions of infertility. In these cases, specifically, in vitro fertilization (IVF) and artificial insemination have been showcased as the most effective treatments for infertility which if performed with utmost precision and high-end expertise can be a case of rejoicing for the patient for having love and warmth of having a child. In a discussion with IVF treatment specialist in India, it was found out that in vitro fertilization particularly for women has presented the maximum amount of successful results which have made a woman achieve motherhood and its effectiveness is not barred by the factors of age, though the general wellbeing of the patient and likewise conditions can affect the rate of effectivity of in vitro fertilization.
As per the reports provided by the trusted sources and institutions of IVF treatment in India, it was showcased that in vitro fertilization has a succeeded range of effectivity on the patient it is performed on and it considerably enhances the chances of fertilization. Regarding the ongoing discussion about opting for IVF in a correct age group, the widely acknowledge IVF treatment specialist in India states that IVF treatment as a solution for treating infertility has its own pros and cons as per the age group be it 20s or 40s. In the range of 20s, the physical structure of woman is able to carry out the changes made by pregnancy but it is also important to adapt with lifestyle modifications which are suitable pregnancy, emotionally she has to be mentally ready for this massive change.
The IVF treatment in India agrees and showcases the statistics which are provided by the American Pregnancy Association, if the age lies below 35, the chances of in vitro fertilization reaches to around 41 to 43 per cent. The factor of male fertility has also to be considered for success in results of in vitro fertilization as reported by the IVF treatment specialist in India. The physical condition of the patient also playa a major role in deciding the extent of fertilization by IVF treatment because when the patient is young, her body easily accommodates the modifications which are perpetuated by pregnancy and the chances of recovery and return to the normal stance of the lifestyle are traced on average rates which are usual.
There is a major debate about choosing in vitro fertilization and its success whenever a woman crosses 40 years of age. It is because many trusted reports have proved that chances of getting pregnant when you are in the 40s are less than 5 per cent per month and if the age group is late 40s then, the chances can drop below 1 per cent per month. Busting the myth of connection of fertility with age, the IVF treatment specialist in India clarifies that the connection of fertility should be established by the production of eggs in a woman and importantly, the IVF treatment is same be it for the 20s and 40s. But it is important to consider the other remaining factors which can manipulate the process.

How does Bone Marrow Transplant work in case of Bone Cancer?

The increasing number of deaths in the country due to various cases of cancer have alarmed the medical structure of the country. A number of researches have been taken up by eminent cancer organisations and medical institutions who are putting everything worth of effort to work upon the treatments of cancer which prove to be effective in nature and have a minimum time period for recovery plus, least side effects possible on the affected person. The problem which bars any massive development is the variety of cancers and their tendency to spread to healthy cells of the body and turn them malignant in nature. The major setback of cancer is hampering the blood cells of the bone marrow which further aggravate the severity of the case. Apparently, in bone cancer, this condition is prominent because cancerous cells originate in the bone itself rather than any other secondary source. The widely acknowledged bone tumour treatment in India is focusing on studying the effective treatment plans for bone cancer and it has been found out that bone marrow transplant works along the standard treatments and provides successful results in most the cases.

The well-known BMT surgeon in Delhi India state that like all types of cancer treatment, bone marrow transplant also has complications involved but it should not overshadow the fact that it has proven to be effective in many cases and significantly, the recurrence of cancer is considerably reduced through treatment of bone cancer with a bone marrow transplant. Its success rates for treatment of leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and neuroblastoma are prominent examples in themselves.
A bone marrow transplant is often provided in combination with chemotherapy and radiation therapy to provide a massive impact on the body which enhances the regrowth of healthy cells. Basically, look at the bone tumour treatment in India through bone marrow transplantation which follows the medically approved standards of this treatment. Primarily, through chemotherapy or radiation therapy, the damaged cells of the body are killed which is followed up by bone marrow transplantation, it replenishes the healthy count of normal blood cells in the bones.

The stem used for bone marrow transplantation is technically termed as hematopoietic stem cells. Specifically, the cells of bone marrow have a tendency to divide and create stem cells in the process. Analogous transplantations are becoming common because finding a matching donor can delay the treatment. In analogous treatment, the bone marrow is taken from the patient's body prior to chemotherapy and radiation therapy. They are safely stored and reintroduced into the patient's body after completion of chemotherapy/ radiation therapy. The other availability of a healthy bone marrow is through allogenic transplantation in which the donor could be a person whose bone marrow matches that of the patient.

As explained by the professionally experienced BMT surgeon in Delhi India, the success of bone marrow transplantation is contingent upon various factors to be successful likely, the general well-being of the patient, the diagnosis of cancer, the stage it has reached, the capacity of patient to respond back, and the type of treatments and therapies already performed are factors which influence the success of bone marrow transplantation for treating bone cancer.

What is Lumbar Spine Surgery?

Any surgery in the lower back (lumbar spine) is called lumbar spine surgery. Our spine is made up of a number of bones stacked up on each other separated by cushiony disk-like tissue. These bones are circular in shape and form a tube-like structure through which the nerves connecting the brain to the body are passed.
Any problem with the spine is caused when there is a problem with one of these three elements. These problems can be classified as:
    Disruption in the intervertebral disc.
    Abnormal motion of the vertebra
    Compression of the nerves.
There are two main types of surgeries performed in the spine hospitals in India to treat the defect in the lumbar spine (L1-S1 Levels). These surgeries are Lumbar decompression surgery and Lumbar fusion surgery. The type of surgery performed depends on what kind of problem is the patient is suffering from. For instance, a decompression lumbar spine surgery is performed in case of a lumbar herniated disk, a condition where the disk tears and the nerves can leak through the spine. This condition can cause extreme pain I the back, neck and legs and make it difficult for the patient to perform mundane tasks.
Spine treatment in India has advanced through the years. The surgery is performed using latest technology machinery and highly experienced doctors.  They perform a complete diagnosis before the patient it takes for the surgery. In fact, the doctors advise the patient to try different methods to treat the pain before jumping into the surgery as it is a little complicated and can disturb a patient’s life for a little while.
A lumbar decompression spine surgery is usually performed to release the pressure from the spine in order to reduce the pain. In this surgery, a small portion of bone is removed from the spine that is inserting pressure on the nerves or the disk. This not only removes the pressure from the nerve but also gives the nerve space to heal.
Microdiscectomy and Laminectomy are the two most commonly performed Lumbar decompression surgeries. Microdiscectomy is a minimally invasive method and provides an almost instant relief in case of leg pain. For numbness and weak muscles, it can take a few weeks to heal after the surgery. Whereas, Laminectomy is an open procedure and has the risk of lumbar stenosis.
The other lumbar spine surgery is lumbar fusion surgery. In this surgery, two vertebrae are joined together through a bone graft in order to stop the motion and reduce the pain. It is performed in cases of lumbar degenerative disc disease or spondylolisthesis. The lumbar fusion spine surgery tends to reduce the mobility but it is mostly unnoticeable in case of two to three vertebrae.
Whichever surgery that may be performed on the patient, he or she must follow the care plan given by the doctor in order to make sure that the recovery is successful. Moreover, the doctor may also suggest physical therapy to relax the stiffened muscles around the operated area.
